Meet our Customer Service Representatives
Karen M., Office Manager - Karen started working at Aston Veterinary Hospital in August of 1988. Karen and her husband Ron have three sons, Kevin, Tom and Keith and three granddaughters, Reese, Sophia and Olivia. She has five dogs, Pedro, Sasha, Humphrey, Ryan and Bailey. When Karen is not working she enjoys spending time with her family.
Jordan B.- Jordanstarted working atAstonVeterinaryHospitalin June of 2006. Starting in the kennel,Jordanhas worked her way up to the reception desk.Jordancurrently resides in Media with her two cats Frankenstein and Elvira. In her spare timeJordanenjoys reading, cooking, drawing and painting. Two things thatJordanenjoys most about working here at the hospital are being able to interact with the animals that come into the hospital and the great care that we offer our clients and their pets.
Laura D. - Laura has been working as a receptionist at Aston Veterinary Hospital since February 2008. In her personal time, Laura enjoys cooking, spending time at the beach and pool, and relaxing with family.
Rosemary J. - Rosemary has worked at Aston Veterinary Hospital since July 1989. She enjoys the interaction with the clients and her co-workers. Rosemary has been married to her husband Bob for 30 years and has two daughters and four grandchildren. She also has two cats, Krystal and Ollie.
Kathy K. - Kathy has been a receptionist with Aston Veterinary Hospital since 1984. Prior to joining the hospital, Kathy worked in the insurance industry. Kathy and her husband John have a daughter, Tara. She has two dogs (Chloe and Scottie) and three cats (Daisy, Zoey & Mr Jinx). She enjoys wood crafts, cooking/baking & gardening.
Lori S. - Lori has been with Aston Veterinary Hospital since 1972. Lori is a former groomer and now is one of our receptionists. Lori has two cats, Osiris and Dex. Her favorite hobbies are visiting and sometimes climbing various lighthouses. She also enjoys hiking wildlife preserves and swimming.
Donna F. – Our receptionist Donna began her career as a veterinary technician in 1999, branching out to various management positions within the industry over the years. She shares her home with her 11 year old kitty Paddles and her 2 year old special needs kitty Rino. In her spare time, Donna enjoys outdoor activities and working on home improvement projects.
Stephanie M – Stephanie has loved the idea of working with animals since she was in high school and served as a Junior Ambassador at the Philadelphia Zoo. She joined the hospital in 2012 as a veterinary technician. She graduated from Northeastern University with a bachelor’s degree in biology. She has many pets of her own, including a big, black dog named Duke, and hopes to add a Flemish Giant rabbit to the mix in the near future. In her free time she enjoys going to the beach, reading, painting, and running.
